Confirmation: Conference Capacity is limited. Registrations will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Conference registrations will not be accepted until payment is received by the registration office.

Cancellation: Registrations cancelled before May 15, 2009 are subject to a EUR 100 fee. No cancellations or refunds may be made after this date. Substitutions may be made at any time before the first day of the program.
